From Naples to Your Neighborhood
'Crust & Crumble Pizzeria started with a humble ambition: to offer true Neapolitan pizza in London. The Rossi family established our pizzeria in 1985 as a locally operated business steeped in family traditions passed down over the years.
Marco Rossi, our original founder, mastered the craft of pizza-making during her time in Italy, learning from experienced pizzaiolos in Naples, the home of pizza. After her journey back to the UK, her aim was to reproduce the essence of authentic Italian pizza, favoring age-old techniques and premium ingredients.
From its inception as a small pizzaria with only 12 seats, we have become an integral part of the community, although our devotion to excellence and genuineness has stayed steadfast. We still practice traditional wood-fired oven baking, we prepare our dough anew each day, and persist in selecting only the best ingredients available.
Presently, 'Crust & Crumble Pizzeria' is still managed by the Rossi family, with the second generation steering our dedicated crew. Despite integrating a few contemporary improvements, our business's soul endures: crafting scrumptious, authentic pizza that unites people.
